Anatoliy Skorbach in Vinnitsa created a design of wooden houses that can be assembled without special equipment in 72 hours. "The house is assembled like a construction kit. This is a so-called house kit and a person can assemble it himself with his wife or children," as the developer of the system himself explains.

At the SAP manufacturing company in Vinnytsia, oval houses are made from solid wood or glued beams. They are assembled from identical segments that start with 31 m² in one floor, the next size is 45 m², then 52 m², 84 m² and so on. As the area increases, the designers increase the diameter of the house.

Of the tools for assembling the house, one... Kiev woman is enough. She is used to hammer in a wooden "butterfly" of a beam, lubricated with silicone - this is how all the segments of the beam are fastened together. It is almost impossible to unfasten the wooden parts connected to each other.

After the timber has been driven in, the builders seal all the cracks with a special elastic sealant that does not even allow air to pass through.

The foundation for the house needs to be the simplest and lightest. For example, the house can be placed simply on a simple road curb with concrete pouring.

The walls of the house-constructor are treated with German fireproof paint with protective bio-components. The paint is absorbed into the wood. In such a house you can safely install a fireplace or stove equipment.

A prefabricated house with an area of 31 m² costs about 600,000 hryvnia (1,500,000 rubles). A house built from aerated concrete, with all finishing works, will cost more.
