Preliminary design proposal for the integrated development of the agro-town of Venezuela, SANJUAN (area 7,000 hectares, housing - 1,000 individual houses, processing enterprises (dairies, grain storage facilities), infrastructure, melioration and preparation of land for planting fruit and vegetable crops). 2. Project "MAZVEN Plant", Venezuela, Barinas. The main building is 120 * 250 m2, utility and technical premises. The total development area is over 50,000 m2. Design (according to American standards), author's supervision. Development of design and working documentation, section KM, RC, building structures for seismic zones. Coordination of design documentation in government agencies.
