It teaches to notice the beauty of simple things and to appreciate modesty in everyday life. &quot;Wabi&quot; in Japanese means loneliness and lack of excess, &quot;sabi&quot; - archaism and authenticity. These components merged into one and reflected the ancient philosophy of Japanese monks. In the interior, wabi-sabi manifests itself like this👇🏼 ▪️ minimum furniture ▪️ hidden storage systems ▪️ soft, diffused and warm light ▪️ lots of air and free space ▪️ natural palette with shades of brown, gray, beige, blue and green ▪️ natural materials in the form of wood, stone, rice paper, bamboo, rattan, straw, linen, cotton and wool For wabi-sabi decor, they use original and authentic ceramics, clay vases, laconic lamps, wicker baskets and lampshades for floor lamps .
