This is a prototype of a bathhouse, which was supposed to be habitable. It is 3 times bigger than the Narodnaya, and because of this, its installation took 6 days instead of three, and it stopped during bad weather, because it is impossible to cover such a bathhouse with an awning. Because of this, it was taken out of production. Like the Maus tank, it was produced in a single copy.

Here the layout of the Narodnaya bathhouse was revised based on numerous customer requests. Narodnaya was mirrored, lengthened, its foundation was reinforced and the furniture set was revised. The maximum number of elements was left the same as Narodnaya in order to standardize production. Four years later, a new option was added to this project - to buy a bathhouse without installation services. Just a set of parts for the customer to assemble themselves. It is much cheaper this way. For this, the project was even more unified, simplified in order to improve the technological efficiency of assembly. A set of instructions for assembling the bathhouse by the client was developed. The same was done for the Belaya Reza bathhouse.
