The three-beam and four-column hydraulic press with a force of 315 tons and a table size of 800*800mm is used to suppress armored helmets. The production process includes cutting first, and then installing it on the hydraulic press to match the hot pressing mold. After molding, it becomes relatively soft and needs to be put into another set of molds to be shaped. In this way, the mold is divided into two sets of molds: hot and cold. The hot mold is heated by an oil machine, and the cold mold is formed by a cooler. There are usually two sets of molds and two sets of hydraulic presses. After post-forming, trimming and other subsequent processes are carried out.
