All Melke windows are designed in accordance with current standards GOST 23166, GOST 30674, GOST R 56926 and the company&#39;s internal regulations. The budget Lite&#39;60 and Lite&#39;70 systems were additionally tested for air and water permeability and, based on the test results, also received class &quot;A&quot;. All Melke window systems are based on the Melke profile – an innovative exclusive profile manufactured using coextrusion technology. This technology differs from standard extrusion by using two different layers of plastic – the primary outer layer is made of a compound that includes the highest quality European ingredients and only 10 parts chalk. This makes the Melke profile visually richly snow-white and ultra-glossy. The inner layer of the profile is made of recycled PVC – the remains and trimmings of the profile are ground into flour and used for the inner layer of the profiles.
