The functional fire hazard class of the building is F1.3. The residential building class is IV. The residential building has nine floors with a basement and an unheated technical floor, rectangular in plan with the dimensions in the extreme axes of 68.56 x 13.79 m. The height of residential premises from floor to ceiling is 2.70 m, the height of the basement is 2.55 m, the height of the technical floor is 2.0 m. Residential apartments are located from the 1st to the 9th floors in the building. The basement is intended for laying utility lines and placing technical rooms, it is isolated from the above-ground floors and provided with independent exits to the outside.
