▶ The motor and rotor of this series hammer mill are installed on the same base. They are directly connected by a coupling. The rotor has been verified by dynamic balance test and can rotate both forward and backward.
▶ There are symmetrical control door and safety interlock on both sides. The operating doors are useful for replacing the thief plate and hammers, as well as for checking and troubleshooting. The feeding inlet is located at the top of the crusher and can be used with all kinds of feeding equipment.
▶ There is one sieve installed at the bottom of the hammer mill. The size of the crushed material can be changed by replacing the sieve with different holes. Generally, the finished size is adjusted from 2mm to 30mm.
▶ Spare parts of hammers and sieve plate are manufactured by our CNC system through high-tech heat treatment.
